Please read these terms carefully before booking with us

These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Getway India Holidays Pvt Ltd. By booking, you confirm you have read and accepted all terms below.

Booking Policy
How to confirm your reservation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Getway India Holidays Pvt Ltd. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit and issuance of a written confirmation from our team.

  • A minimum deposit of 25% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking.
  • Full payment must be made at least 15 days prior to the departure date.
  • For peak season bookings (May–June, October–November), full payment may be required earlier.
  • Bookings made within 7 days of departure require full payment immediately.
  • Prices quoted are per person based on double/twin sharing occupancy unless stated otherwise.
Important: Verbal or informal bookings are not confirmed. Only written confirmation via email or WhatsApp from our official channels is valid.
Payment Terms
Accepted payment modes & schedules

We accept payments via NEFT/RTGS bank transfer, credit/debit card, UPI, and cash. All payments should be made in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified for international tours.

  • Online payments via our secure payment gateway are available on our website.
  • Cheque payments must clear at least 7 working days before departure.
  • Cash deposits should be made directly to the company's official bank account only.
  • All receipts and invoices will be issued on company letterhead.
  • International tour payments may involve foreign currency conversion charges.

Cancellation Policy
Charges applicable on cancellations

Cancellation charges are levied based on the number of days prior to departure. The following schedule applies to all domestic tour packages:

  • 45+ days before departure: 10% of total tour cost
  • 30–44 days before departure: 25% of total tour cost
  • 15–29 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost
  • 7–14 days before departure: 75% of total tour cost
  • Less than 7 days / No show: 100% of total tour cost (non-refundable)

For international packages, separate cancellation policies apply. Hotel and transport suppliers may impose their own cancellation charges over and above the above schedule.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@getwayindiaholidays.com. Cancellations over phone will not be accepted.
Refund Policy
Process and timelines for refunds

Refunds, where applicable after applying cancellation charges, will be processed within 10–15 working days from the date of cancellation request. Refunds will be made through the same mode of payment originally used.

  • Refunds are not applicable for unused services during the tour (early check-out, missed meals, etc.).
  • No refund will be provided for any services not availed due to the traveller's personal reasons.
  • Airline and train ticket refunds are subject to the respective carrier's policies.
  • GST and service charges are non-refundable in all circumstances.
  • Refunds for international packages may take up to 30 working days due to foreign currency processing.
Amendment Policy
Changing your existing booking

Getway India Holidays Pvt Ltd reserves the right to amend, alter, or modify tour itineraries, hotels, or transport arrangements due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, political unrest, natural calamities, or supplier changes.

  • Amendments requested by travellers are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Date changes made within 15 days of departure will be treated as cancellations.
  • Name changes on confirmed bookings attract an administrative fee.
  • Itinerary changes on tour due to local conditions are at the discretion of the tour leader.

Liability & Responsibility
Our responsibilities and limitations

Getway India Holidays Pvt Ltd acts as an agent for hotels, transport operators, and other third-party service providers. We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or expense arising from acts of these third parties.

  • We are not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by airlines, railways, or bus operators.
  • We accept no liability for loss of baggage, personal belongings, or travel documents.
  • We strongly recommend all travellers to obtain comprehensive travel insurance before departure.
  • In case of natural disasters, political unrest, or force majeure, no compensation will be provided.
  • Any medical expenses incurred during the tour are the sole responsibility of the traveller.
Travel Insurance: We strongly advise every traveller to purchase a comprehensive travel and health insurance policy before the start of any tour.
Travel Documents & Passports
Your responsibility to carry valid documents

Every traveller is responsible for ensuring that all travel documents such as passports, visas, ID proofs, and health certificates are valid and up to date for the entire duration of the trip.

  • For domestic tours, a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, etc.) is mandatory.
  • For international tours, a valid passport with minimum 6 months validity beyond return date is required.
  • Visa arrangements can be facilitated by us but approval is at the sole discretion of the respective embassy.
  • We are not responsible if a traveller is denied boarding or entry due to incomplete or invalid documents.
  • Children below 18 years require a No Objection Certificate if travelling without parents.

Getway India Holidays Pvt Ltd is committed to protecting your personal information. Any data you share with us — including name, contact details, travel preferences, and payment information — is collected solely for the purpose of providing travel services and improving your experience.

  • We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.
  • Your data may be shared with hotels, airlines, and transport providers strictly for booking purposes.
  • We use industry-standard encryption to protect all payment-related information.
  • You may request deletion of your data by writing to info@getwayindiaholidays.com.
